He began his career in art direction at agencies like Room23, Human, and Havas. He went on to become Head of Art at Hoy by Havas and The Juju, Creative Director at Together w/, and Creative Manager at Lemon Cash, where he reshaped how the crypto world communicates. Today, he is Co-founder and CBO of The Brand Side. His work has earned a Grand Prix at Diente, a Bronze at Cannes Lions, and several other awards.
CREATIVE CHIEF OFFICER, FOUNDER
Creative with nearly twenty years of experience in the advertising industry.
His work has been recognized at major creativity and design festivals, including Cannes Lions, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, Diente, FIP, and the Webby Awards, among others. He co-founded The Brand Side, where he currently serves as COO. There, he leads teams, enhances creative processes, and raises the bar for daily work, consolidating a value proposition that combines strategy, creativity, business, and high-level execution.
CREATIVE CHIEF OFFICER, FOUNDER
Graphic designer, art director and visual artist based in Lima and Buenos Aires. A trained communicator from Universidad Peruana de Ciancias Aplicadas (UPC), he currently serves as Head of Design at The Brand Side, where he leads the creative vision and execution of brand identities, editorial systems, campaigns and visual storytelling for tech, culture and purpose-driven clients. He has worked projects for TikTok for Business, UNDP, Red Cross, Goethe Institut, OIM, PUCP and Domestika. His work has been awarded by LAD Awards and featured in blogs like Fonts in Use, The Design Kids and Behance.
DESIGN LEAD, FOUNDER
Background in Industrial Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires (ITBA), began his career by co-founding CryptoPall, one of Argentina’s first large-scale, free educational events focused on the crypto and fintech ecosystem.
He later joined B9 Holdings as a Business Growth and Process Optimization Strategist, focusing on company building by structuring operations and implementing financial systems and revenue models from scratch. Following a private equity model, he then became Managing Director of a portfolio company, defining go to market models, optimizing team performance, and launching new growth initiatives.
CHIEF BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Argentinian-Spanish tech entrepreneur and angel investor who currently serves as an advisor at The Brand Side. He co-founded Lemon Cash, one of Latin America’s fastest-growing fintech platforms with over 2 million users, and led its record-breaking $45M Series A funding round. Since then, he has co-founded Roxom, a pioneering Bitcoin-focused financial platform, and continues to drive innovation across the fintech landscape. As a World Economic Forum Global Shaper, he brings a global vision and a creative business mindset to The Brand Side, bridging technology and brand strategy with bold, impact-driven thinking.

Creative with experience in top agencies and in-house teams. She worked at Hoy by Havas, Wunderman Thompson, The Community, and Mercado McCann, creating campaigns for brands like Netflix, Burger King, Movistar, YPF, and Coca-Cola. Her work has been recognized at festivals such as D&AD, One Show, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, Diente, Lápiz de Platino, UN Women, and she was also a Young Lions winner. She led creative teams at LemonCash and later at Bunker DB, bringing her strategic and creative approach into the crypto and B2B space. She is currently Executive Creative Director at The Brand Side, where she drives creative excellence and strategic value across the agency.
HEAD OF CREATIVE
Carlos Fernández Romay is Spain Director at The Brand Side Studio, leading the agency’s creative and strategic operations in the Iberian market. With over a decade of experience as a Creative Director and Strategic Planner, he has built communication strategies, led rebrandings, and developed new brands from scratch. He previously headed the Innovation Department at PlayGround and currently lectures in MBA programs at international business schools, focusing on brand strategy, design thinking, and innovation.
